They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Executive to drive sales and business growth in the Vidarbha Region for HBU Core Brand Portfolio  The role requires strong relationship management, strategic planning, and execution to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities as a Healthcare Executive

- Drive sales and market penetration of Pfizer’s HBU Core Brand Portfolio in the Vidarbha region. 

- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key stakeholders. 

- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize market share. 

- Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, provide product information, and address concerns. 

- Identify business opportunities and develop action plans to enhance brand presence. 

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to devise effective sales strategies. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations. 

- Ensure compliance with Pfizer’s policies and ethical sales practices. 

 

Qualifications & Experience For The Healthcare Executive Position

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. 

- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry. 

- Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively. 

- Proficiency in sales analytics and market research. 

- Willingness to travel extensively within the Vidarbha region.
